DURATANK is a term used by our partner Field Lining Systems, Inc. it’s a specially fabricated rigid plastic containment system that is available is various options. Due to it being fabricated by hand, while there is a labor cost involved, the customization is ultimately unlimited with that can be fabricated. Some of the various methods DURATANK is used are;

1. Drop-In Liners – These are tailored to fit inside of the existing concrete cells, so long as the cells are structurally sound, you can extend your cells life upwards of 20 years. Not only do you get increased life but with the rigid plastic you now are no longer having to shut down sections of your facility to perform costly and extended repair/patching.
2. Free-Standing Tanks – These are also tailored to fit into your existing and/or new facility seamlessly. Constructed with a thicker rigid plastic and completely encapsulated steel girth/yoke supports, these tanks are completely self-supported. They also carry the many benefits of using plastics versus brittle concrete.
