Tankhouse Maintenance, Inc. is a construction company which provides coatings, tank repairs (for polymer concrete, steel and concrete tanks), structural strengthening as well as manufacturing of polymer concrete and Duratanks.. Our owner, Skip Pauze has over 30 years experience in the construction industry which has allowed us to develop unique solutions to many industrial maintenance concerns. Our success in this market has been based on our goal to create long term relationships with our clients. It is important to us that our clients know we are available AFTER the installation project has finished to make repairs, assist with maintenance or just provide regular inspection reports to be sure our work has the longest lasting life.

Structural Strengthening

TMI has most recently become an installer and supplier of structural strengthening products supplied by HJ3 Composite Technologies. customers with columns, beams, walls, floors, tanks etc. which have structural issues can get repair options using our structural strengthening materials and installation as designed by structural engineers for their specific need.

Services

Tankhouse Maintenance, Inc. or TMI is a supplier and installer of a variety of products and services for industrial applications. These products and services include: protective coatings for floor and tank applications, polymer concrete fabrication of tanks, manholes, piping etc and the supply and installation of structural strengthening products from HJ3. In addition to providing construction services to local industries, TMI also offers on site support for local construction companies for both national and international projects.
